The instructions were very clear is just unfortunately all the pieces came without a sticker identifying what piece of the puzzle as it were it was so an absolute nightmare to figure out how to put it together .. it took a long time!! The memory foam mattress wasn't as deep as I'd hoped, & bed was lower than I'm used to - solving both issues by using my old mattress under new one - very comfy!
