The jump starter is a compact device easy to use ad the instructions are precise. I bought this following a vehicle battery collapses in France and left stranded. There is one negative, the charger will not work if there is absolutely no charge left in the battery or no battery present. To clarify that it will start the Vehicle on boost but only for 30 seconds. It's because of the high voltages generated by the alternator damaging the device. Having said that It would normally get you home. The jump starter is a compact device easy to use ad the instructions are precise. So far I’ve only used twice so cannot comment on long term reliability. First use was on a restoration project I have Mazda mx5 started no problem at all. Second use was the real test for me, I used it to start a Ford 7840 tractor that barely had enough battery to make the starter click! Once I had a good connection with the jump leads it started with ease which shows just how powerful it is! Jump starter still reading 100% battery after both vehicles started.So far I’ve only used twice so cannot comment on long term reliability. Purchased this to jump start my Fiat diesel van, due to a blue and me Bluetooth fault which requires a new module the battery is drained by this if not used for two to three days. Topdon top job!
Bought this unsure of how good it may be for quite a compact unit, however it is brilliant. Started a car that had been sat for three years and was completely dead, second attempt. Handy and compact and easy to store away when not in use.
