The company were responsive and helpful, arranged a free royal mail collection, and sent me a replacement before they had even received the return in order to make sure it didn't go out of stock. The second toaster is perfect, looks brand new and has worked perfectly so far. The only evidence it is refurbished is when you look inside the toaster, but even then, it looks barely used.

But overall a fabulous seller, fast delivery and professional service if need to contact them. Highly recommend and great value for money.
